Reservations are made separately from the conference registration.  See Conference Lodging.

Setup is Sunday, 2 - 5:30 p.m. Spaces are disbursed on a first come, first served basis.  Booths are normally torn down after Tuesday's lunch.

Vendor exhibition area is open Monday, breakfast through the end of the conference day, normally 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.  Opens again, Tuesday 8 a.m. - noonish, most vendors tear down Tuesday after lunch.

Vendor giveaways are scheduled for Tuesday around lunchtime. Some vendors choose to use a "fish bowl", to collect member business cards.

Please plan your shipment to arrive 1 week prior to the conference.     Include Mi-GMIS Conference as well as your company name in the ship to information.  See the example below.
